Rainier Connect, a telecommunications provider serving Pierce and Lewis Counties, announced today it has completed its move to Tacoma’s Historic Brewery District.
An anchor tenant in this historic district, Rainier Connect purchased the buildings that were formerly home to the Pacific Brewery and Malting Company in order to accommodate the company’s recent and projected growth.
“We have been renovating this historic building for over a year and believe that this new location will really help us to better serve our growing customer base, as well as create a renewal in this area,” says Rainier Connect President and CEO Brian Haynes. “The location and the building will enable us to expand as we continue to add new high-tech digital and Internet services, while creating jobs and motivating other companies to join us here.”
On Oct. 17, Rainier Connect closed its former office on Pacific Avenue to move into their new headquarters on the 2500 block of South Holgate Street.
Rainier Connect is a family-owned telecommunications company of Mashell Telecom, Inc. founded in 1910 in Eatonville.
