Port of Tacoma officials announced this week a seven-acre site on Tacoma’s tide flats is available for lease. The partially graveled parcel, located at 3402 Lincoln Ave., shares a railroad spur serviced by Tacoma Rail, and is accessible via Interstate 5 and State Route 509.
