Action on Ordinances
Proposal No. 2004-60, ratifying the collective bargaining agreement reached with the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorneys’ Association; and amending the Pierce County Salary Classification Plan.

Action on Resolutions
Proposal No. R2004-89, ratifying, as required by Pierce County Code 2.110.120, the sale of surplus county-owned real property located at 868 173rd Street South, Spanaway, Washington.

Proposal No. R2004-104, adopting a natural hazard mitigation plan for Pierce County.

Ordinance No. 2004-31, amending Section 18J.10.050 of the Pierce County Code (PCC) “Approvals Required and Chapter 18J.30 PCC “Parkland-Spanaway-Midland Communities Plan Area – Design Standards and Guidelines,” to modify standards for commercial development and redevelopment in the Parkland-Spanaway-Midland Communities Plan area; and adopting findings of fact.

Ordinance No. 2004-40, authorizing the approval of applications for timber land classification under current use assessment on certain properties located within the unincorporated boundaries of Pierce County; and adopting findings of fact.
