Action on Ordinances
Proposal No. 2002-29s, amending Section 2.59.140 of the Pierce County Code, by adjusting the jurisdictional boundaries of the Graham Advisory Commission.
Proposal No. 2002-45, granting a nonexclusive franchise to Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County, a public utility of the State of Washington, for location of electric lines on certain county owned rights-of-way; repealing Ordinance No. 2000-118; and authorizing the County Executive to execute the franchise.

Proposal No. R2002-47, proclaiming the week of May 5-11, 2002, to be Juror Appreciation Week in Pierce County, Wa. For final consideration. (The proclamation will be accepted by Judge Frederick Fleming)
Ordinances
Proposal No. 2002-41s, amending Chapter 2.54 of the Pierce County Code, “District Court Districting Plan,” to consolidate all Pierce County district courts into one Pierce County District Court.
Proposal No. 2002-42, adopting a salary adjustment for the part-time district court judge in District No. 3, Eatonville, pursuant to Revised Code of Washington 43.03.012. For final consideration.
Proposal No. 2002-44, setting the proportion of full-time work for the part-time district court judge, Position No. 6, Gig Harbor (previously District Court No. 2) pursuant to Revised Code of Washington 43.03.012. For final consideration.
The May 14, 2002, County Council meeting will be held in Lakewood District No. 6 at 7 p.m. in Lakewood City Hall, located at 6000 Main Street Southwest, Lakewood, Wash. This meeting will be in lieu of the regular 3 p.m. meeting.
The June 11, 2002, County Council meeting will be held in Council District No. 3 at 7 p.m. in the Spanaway Lake High School Auditorium, located at 1315 – 168th Street East, Spanaway, Wash. This meeting will be in lieu of the regular 3 p.m. meeting.
There will be no County Council meeting on Tuesday, June 18, 2002.
