Open For Business: Downtown Farmers Market

The Tacoma Farmers Market opened today with dozens of vendors offering fresh cut flowers, fruits and vegetables, and arts and crafts.
This is the 15th anniversary of the Market, and the first year that it will operate in two locations.
The Broadway Street Market operates Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. downtown on Broadway between 9th and 11th Streets May 19 through Oct. 20.
The Dome District Market operates Tuesdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between Freighthouse Square and the Tacoma Dome Station June 7 through Aug. 30.
Kids Days at the Market are June 16, July 21, and Aug. 18.
