ESTATE OF TOSHIO AKAMATSU, Deceased.
The personal representative named below has been appointed as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the Decedent (SSN: xxx-xx-2383; DOB 1933) must present the claim before any applicable statute of limitations according to the process set forth in RCW 11.40.070, or by filing the original claim with the Court and serving or mailing a copy of the claim to the personal representative. Persons having claims must present them within 30 days after this Notice was served or mailed, as provided in RCW 11.40.020(1)(c), or within four months after the date of first publication of this Notice, whichever is later. Any claim that is not presented within this period will be forever barred except as provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective for claims against both the Decedent’s probate and non-probate assets.
