Richard Riley Larson and Cora Larson, husband and wife, Alan J. Wrye and Mary Wyre, husband and wife, and all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, lien, estate or interest in the real estate described herein below,

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of first publication of this summons, to-wit; Within sixty (60) days after the 24th day of March, 2023, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled court, and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney at his address below-stated and, in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.

The Plaintiffs purchased the property from the Defendants, Alan J. Wrye and Mary Wrye, under a real estate contract dated November 13. 1980. The Plaintiffs paid off the enter balance of the contract and are entitled to a fulfillment deed. Unfortunately no fulfillment deed has been provided and the Defendants no longer exist to provide said fulfillment deed. The purpose of this Quiet Title action is to clear the title due to the failure of providing the fulfillment deed.
