SERVICE BY PUBLICATION:
You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after the 10th day of March, 2021, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled court, and answer the complaint of the Plaintiff, Luis A. Lara Rojas, and serve a copy of your Answer upon the undersigned attorneys for the Plaintiff Carlos M. Sosa of the Sosa Law Firm PLLC at his office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, Judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.
The Plaintiff has filed an action against you to quiet title of the subject property in the complaint against you located in Puyallup, Pierce County, Washington, regarding any claims, rights, title or interest in the real estate described in the complaint. The Plaintiff has also added a cause of action of adverse possession of said real property.
This summons is dated this 8th day of March, 2021.
