NOTICE OF HEARING ON FINAL REPORT AND PETITION FOR NONINTERVENTION DECREE

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON IN AND FOR PIERCE COUNTY
In re Estate of MARCIA MUCHMORE, Deceased. NOTICE is given that Tallman Trask IV and Merrill Trask, co-Personal Representatives of the above estate have filed with the Court a Final Report and Petition for Nonintervention Decree requesting the Court to approve the Final Report, establish all debts have been paid, and distribute the property of the estate to the persons entitled thereto, and discharge the co-Personal Representatives.
The hearing on the Final Report and Petition for Nonintervention Decree will be heard on March 2, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. or as soon as the matter may be heard. Pursuant to the Pierce County Superior Court Emergency Rules, the hearing will be held via Zoom. Any interested party wishing to object may file and serve an objection with the Court and the attorney for the Estate. A party wishing to participate in the hearing must contact the Pierce County Superior Court Commissioner’s Services Department at: SUPCSD@piercecountywa.gov for instruction on how to participate, or the attorney for the Estate whose contact information is set forth below.
