This action concerns Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint to Quiet Title in their property and to correct the legal description pertaining to their property by reforming their deeds. That the unknown heirs and devisees of Jesse E. Nagley and Mary R. Nagley, deceased, are included as defendants herein because this action may affect their rights in land immediately adjacent to the east to the Warnstadt's property. This action may also effect any reversion interests or other property interests in some or all of the properties described herein.
