NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to an Order of the above-entitled Court, Pacific Guardianship Services (PGS), the duly appointed and acting Successor Guardian of Estate and Limited Guardian of Person of Donald L. Goodin by and through the Law Offices of Neil & Neil, P.S., Attorneys at Law, has entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement to sell 20 acres of vacant forest land on Nahahum Canyon Road, Cashmere, WA (Geographic ID #241915110000; Property ID P31865) and legally described as follows:
THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH, RANGE 19, E.W.M., CHELAN COUNTY, WASHINGTON PGS has agreed to sell the above real property for the amount of Seventy-five Thousand and NO/100 Dollars ($75,000.00), property to be sold “AS IS.” This sale can be confirmed by the Court on or after December 31, 2020
