Members of the City Council are scheduled at the March 23 study session to receive a presentation on the draft 2010-2015 Five-year Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development and the draft of the 2010-2011 Annual Action Plan for the Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development. As a second item on the agenda, the Human Rights and Human Services Department will provide an overview of the department’s budget, services and goals. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
