Members of the City Council are scheduled Dec. 11 to hear the final reading of two ordinances that would amend and revise several codes pertaining to the Comprehensive Plan and Land Use Regulatory Codes including designating the McKinley Neighborhood Center, the Narrows Neighborhood Center and the South 34th St. and Pacific Avenue Community Center as three new mixed-use centers; modifying the boundaries to nine existing mixed-use centers; and a motion to extend the South 72nd and Pacific Community Mixed-use Center approximately three acres.
