Bidders must meet at the main gate to gain entry into the facilities. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to visit each project site and to answer questions about the solicitation requirements. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Project Scope: Furnish all labor, tools, equipment and materials to offload and install one to three new Rapid Span bridges and all associated work and appurtenances.
