Notice is hereby given that the Tacoma City Council, at its regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, December 9, 2025, passed the following resolution. The summary of the contents of said resolution, consisting of the title, is as follows: Resolution 41811 A resolution setting Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., as the date for a hearing by the Hearing Examiner on the request to vacate a portion of the alley between East “M” Street and East “N” Street, and a portion of East “N” Street, both between Puyallup Avenue and East 25th Street, for expanded business use and to alleviate public safety concerns.
