Notice of Public Hearing

August 20, 2020

On Thursday, October 1, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., the Hearing Examiner will conduct a hearing on the request to vacate a portion of the undeveloped north side of South 62nd Street right-of-way, to cure an encroachment. (Lee Pate; File No. 124.1415)

Due to the ongoing and unprecedented COVID-19 emergency, a remote access public hearing will take place to ensure the public’s health and safety.
