LEGAL NOTICE

CITY OF TACOMA, WASHINGTON

Notice is hereby given that the Tacoma City Council, at its regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, May 5, 2020, passed the following ordinance. The summary of the contents of said ordinance, consisting of the title, is as follows: Ordinance No. 28669 An ordinance authorizing the issuance of a short-term Electric System Subordinate Revenue Note, in the principal amount, not to exceed $100,000,000, to provide general credit, including liquidity, for the Electric System; authorizing the execution of a Note Purchase Agreement; and designating representatives to approve the final terms of the Note.
