Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Center for Urban Water, Commencement Bay Room North, 326 East D St., Tacoma, WA 98421 on April 7, 2017 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Project Scope: The City of Tacoma (City), department of Environmental Services is soliciting bids to establish a two year contract for volunteer recruitment, training, and management services in support of the City of Tacoma's Passive Open Space Program. Estimate: $101,220 Paid Leave and Minimum Wage: Effective February 1, 2016, the City of Tacoma requires all employers to provide paid leave and minimum wages, as set forth in Title 18 of the Tacoma Municipal Code.
