NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee will on the 7th day of April, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m., at the second floor entry plaza outside the Pierce County Courthouse, 930 Tacoma Ave So, Tacoma, WA 98402, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County of Pierce, State of Washington, to wit: Lot 217, Fir Meadows, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 35 of Plats, Page 17 to 20, inclusive, records of Pierce County Auditor.
