    City Council considers consultant for downtown parking program

    Members of the City Council are scheduled to consider a resolution on Aug. 19 that would authorize an agreement with Barney & Worth, Inc. for $98,000 to provide analysis and planning for the Tacoma Downtown Parking Implementation Program.
