Citizens now have another way to request services from the City of Tacoma. Check out the Citizen Action Center on the city’s Web site at:
www.cityoftacoma.org/51gov/actioncen-ter/sendform.htm.
Citizens can now send e-mail complaints or request a variety of services.
Several departments participated in the initial phase of the project, including Public Works, Solid Waste Management, Human Rights and Human Services, and Tacoma Water. The site will feature more service requests in the future.
