Per diem interest in the amount of $28.13 multiplied by 48 days results in additional interest in the amount of $1,350.24, which when added to the sum of $257,906.86 results in a total judgment amount of $259,257.10. WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Pierce County, Washington, described as follows: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST, W.M., IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON; THENCE ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SUBDIVISION WEST 42.179 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF PROCTOR STREET; THENCE SOUTH 105 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF PROCTOR STREET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID STREET, 60 FEET; THENCE WEST PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SUBDIVISION 118 FEET; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF PROCTOR STREET, 60 FEET; THENCE EAST 118 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON. Tax Parcel No. 0220014121 and commonly known as: 1722 South Proctor Street, Tacoma, WA 98405 WHEREAS, on September 26, 2014, the Court ordered that all of the abovedescribed property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.
