("Plaintiff") against the Defendants Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Roy L. Simpson; Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Allie M. Simpson; Giordano Simpson; Washington State Department of Health and Social Services; Occupants of the Premises; and any persons or parties claiming to have any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real property described in the complaint ("Defendants"). The Judgment forecloses the interests of all the Defendants in and to the following described property ("Property") commonly known as 1005 46th Street East, Tacoma, WA 98404 for the total sum of $134,779.85, with interest thereon at the rate of 6.250% per annum from March 20, 2012. The Property situated in Pierce County, State of Washington, is legally described as: THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 45, AND ALL OF LOTS 46, 47 AND 48 IN BLOCK 4, AMENDATORY PLAT OF MCGREGOR'S ADDITION TO TACOMA, PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 7 OF PLATS AT PAGE 3, RECORDS OF PIERCE COUNTY AUDITOR. SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PIERCE, STATE OF WASHINGTON. THEREFORE, pursuant to RCW 61.12.060, and in the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded to sell the Property, or so much thereof as may be necessary, in order to satisfy the Judgment, including post-judgment interest and costs.
