The City Council is scheduled to consider a resolution Oct. 30 that would award a 10-year multi-family housing limited property tax exemption agreement to Landmark Tacoma I, L.L.C., for the construction of 350 condominium units located at 725 E. 25th St. in the Downtown Tacoma Mixed-Use Center.
