Panelists will discuss the ways that local governments create a system for public safety and justice during the next session of the Government Leadership Institute at 6:45 p.m. Feb. 6. The panel will include Tacoma City Council Member Connie Ladenburg, Tacoma Police Chief Don Ramsdell, Pierce County Prosecutor Gerry Horne and Judge Frank E. Cuthbertson. The free session will be held at the Keystone Auditorium, 1900 Commerce St. on the University of Washington Tacoma campus.
