City Council members approved a resolution Oct. 18 that will allow the City to accept $13,320,000 in Remedial Action Grant funds under the Model Toxics Control Act from the Washington State Department of Ecology to help pay for environmental cleanup costs in the Thea Foss and Wheeler-Osgood Waterways.
