NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ABOVE ESTATE:

1. Carol Vaughn, Successor Personal Representative of the above-captioned Estate, has filed with the Court a Final Report, requesting the Court to approve the Final Report, discharge the Successor Personal Representative, and close the Estate.

2. The Successor Personal Representative’s Final Report will be heard in the Probate Department of the Pierce County Superior Court, Room 531, Pierce County Courthouse, 930 Tacoma Avenue South, Tacoma, Washington 98402 at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, March 6, 2026, at which time and place any person interested in the Estate may appear and file objections to and contest the Final Report.
