Members of Tacoma City Council are scheduled Aug. 18 to receive a presentation on incentive housing policies for affordable housing development from Seattle Housing Director, Adrienne Quinn. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
