The object of the complaint is to foreclose a deed of trust dated December 9, 2021 and recorded as Instrument No. 202112140372 given by Justine B Dauenhauer, as her sole and separate property on property commonly known as 17521 25th Street Court E, Lake Tapps, WA 98391 and legally described as:

PARCEL C: AN UNDIVIDED 1/4 INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2 OF LAKE TAPPS DRIFTWOOD POINT NO. 4, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 18 OF PLATS, PAGE 70, RECORDS OF PIERCE COUNTY AUDITOR; THENCE NORTH 89°01’54” EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 2, A DISTANCE OF 315.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°58’06” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 198.15 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 2;
THENCE SOUTH 89°17’54” WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE A DISTANCE OF 304.11 FEET TO AN INTERSECTION WITH THE ARC OF A CURVE, HAVING A RADIUS OF 150 FEET, THE CENTER OF SAID 150 FOOT RADIUS CURVE BEARING NORTH 60°30’05” EAST; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE TO THE RIGHT, THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 32°00’20”, A DISTANCE OF 83.79 FEET TO THE POINT OF TANGENCY; THENCE NORTH 02°30’25” EAST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOT 2, A DISTANCE OF 116.21 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; EXCEPT THE SOUTH 25.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 112.50 FEET OF SAID PARCEL C FOR PRIVATE ROAD, SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PIERCE, STATE OF WASHINGTON.
The complaint seeks to foreclose and terminate all interest of Justine B Dauenhauer and all other interests in the property.
