PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 31, 2026, Resource Transition Consultants LLC (“Receiver”) was appointed the Custodial Receiver of REV LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“REV”), pursuant to RCW 7.60.025, whose last known address is 10011 Bridgeport Way SW Suite 1500-301, Lakewood, WA 98499-2332.

The Receiver has assumed control over REV’s assets.

YOU ARE HEREBY FURTHER NOTIFIED that to receive any dividend in this proceeding you must file a proof of claim with the receiver within 30 days from this notice at the following address:
