No action commenced by the Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust or the Beneficiary's successor is now pending to seek satisfaction of the obligation in any Court by reason of the Grantor's default in the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust. 3. The default(s) for which this foreclosure is made is/are as follows: Failure to pay when due the following amounts which are now in arrears: 12 monthly payments from 11/1/2015 through 10/1/2016 are $12,379.59; Late charges of $377.44; Escrow Account Deficit/Advances of $1,568.00. TOTAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS, LATE CHARGES AND ESCROW ACCOUNT DEFICIT is $14,325.03. 4. The above-described real property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust as provided by statute. The effect of the sale will be to deprive the Grantor and all those who hold by, through or under the Grantor of all their interest in the above-described property. 9.
