Gig Harbor events for spring, summer and beyond

Gig Harbor is ready with a full calendar of events for the year. This town offers big entertainment options with the wide variety of events, festivals, runs and performances. From now through April 29th, the waterfront Harbor History Museum is presenting “With A Loving Eye: The Photographs of Jini Dellaccio,” the remarkable collection of fashion, music, and portrait photography in stunning, large-format prints.

Other highlighted events include the Gig Harbor Paddlers Cup (April 21 and 22), Maritime Gig & Blessing of the Fleet (June 2 and 3), Gig Harbor Garden Tour (June 23 and 24), Gig Harbor Summer Arts Festival (July 21 and 22), Gig Harbor Wine & Food Experience (July 27 through 29), and Donkey Creek Chum Festival (Nov. 17) – an activity-filled, community celebration of the return of salmon to local waters.

Known as the most picturesque harbor in the Northwest, Gig Harbor is an easily accessible, relaxing destination with lots to offer.
