WTC Tacoma: October at a glance

October 7 — Members’ Breakfast (open to everyone!) with presentation by Justin Marx from JKG Marketing and Pacific Northwest Advisors: “A young entrepreneur in a century old family business – Expanding beyond markets and borders”. A focus on succesful importing. Registration from 7:30 am, lasts until 9:00 am. 21st floor of the Wells Fargo Plaza at the conference room of Gordon Thomas Honeywell, 1201 Pacific Avenue, Tacoma. $5 admission includes light breakfast.

October 12: Kick-off Luncheon for Business EXPO 2004 – Featuring Tom O’Keefe, the Founder and Chairman of Tully’s Coffee: “Taking Tully’s Coffee International: The Good, the Bad and the Future”. Seattle based Tully’s is now the world’s third largest specialty coffee retailer. Registration from 12:00, program lasts until 1:30 pm. Tacoma Dome Exhibition Hall, 2727 East D Street. $30 admission for members; $35 for non-members. Corporate tables of ten for $300. Free admittance to the adjacent tradeshow with 130 booths.
