It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the land and premises located at 4313 Christensen Muck Road EA, Eatonville, WA 98328 and legally described as follows: Lot 1, Pierce County Short Plat recorded August 1, 1991 under recording number 9108010250, in Pierce County, Washington. Commonly referred to as: 4313 Christensen Muck Road EA, Eatonville, WA 98328 referred to in the Amended Default Judgment, be sold at public auction, as particularly set out in said Judgment. The total amount due and owing on the Judgment through November 30, 2015, is $237,302.06 consisting of the following: the judgment amount of $233,125.23 principal and interest; $2,590.00 awarded for attorneys' fees; $1,586.83 awarded for costs; Due to the nature of the loan, Plaintiff waives any post-judgment interest; pursuant to paragraph 2 of the Judgment, post-judgment amounts advanced for attorneys' fees, and costs for publication and Sheriff's fees of an unknown amount.
