Windermere Professional Partners has announced plans to move to the former Bratrud Middleton Insurance building at 4701 S.19th St. in Tacoma.
The 27-member team will relocate to the 17,000-square-foot office in March.
Phenomenal growth of the year-old agency lead its co-owners, Jeff Jensen and Michael Robinson, to search for additional space for its growing number of independent real estate agents.
Windermere Professional Partners quickly outgrew its current office at 1021 Regents Blvd. in Fircrest, where its been located for just over a year.
Since opening in November 2001, its agents have grown from two to 21, with a support staff of six.
