UWT seminar examines business ethics May 17

Tom Spilman, president of KeyBank’s South Puget Sound District, will lead a seminar on business ethics at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, at the University of Washington, Tacoma.

At the seminar, presented by UW Tacoma’s KeyBank Professional Development Center, Spilman will discuss how business leaders can set the standard and define core values and essential characteristics of business ethics. Knowing what’s right is important, Spilman says, but doing what’s right is critical to both personal and business ethics. The class is presented as part of the Professional Development Center’s Community Leaders Forum series.
