City Manager Eric Anderson will host a public meeting about downtown parking and transit at 5:30 p.m. at the University of Washington Tacoma in the Tacoma Room. During this series of meetings, the City Manager will share his proposed recommendations for moving forward with a strategic downtown parking and transit plan and will garner feedback from citizens about his suggestions. Participants are welcome to bring any additional questions or concerns that were not covered during the first two rounds of meetings, as well as any questions that may arise from the answers being provided via our Web site. Business owners, residents and anyone else interested in downtown parking issues, especially those living in these areas, are encouraged to attend this open forum. For more information, check http://www.cityoftacoma.org/downtownparking on the Citys Web site.
