Dr. Pamela J. Transue, president of Tacoma Community College (TCC), will receive the Phi Theta Kappa torch during a ceremony Nov. 14 at 5 p.m. in recognition of the schools Phi Theta Kappa chapter, and as a pre-cursor to Phi Theta Kappas upcoming international conference.
