Bush administration to fund port security

The Bush administration agreed Wednesday to fully fund a program to increase port security at Tacoma and Seattle and two other seaports.

Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.) was holding up the nomination of a Bush friend for the No. 2 job at the Office of Management and Budget until the money was released.
