Tacoma City Council and Pierce County Council are scheduled to discuss service delivery partnership opportunities and state and federal legislative priorities for 2013 during a study session next week. Councilmembers will not take public comment during the meeting, which will be held on Tues., Aug. 14 at noon in Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
