KeyBank and the City of Tacoma have decided to discontinue the Bank to Bay 10K Run, 5K Run/Walk and 1K Kids’ Run, a community event that they have successfully co-produced on the Sunday following Labor Day since 1999 in downtown Tacoma. Over the last 11 years, Bank to Bay served to showcase growth and development in downtown Tacoma, bring people to the city center, provide financial support for children’s programs and promote good health, family fun and community spirit.
