Tacoma City Council is scheduled Sept.1 to consider a resolution that would authorize an agreement with Catholic Community Services of Northwest Washington and with the Pierce County Housing Authority, as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 for homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing services for the period of Sept. 1, 2009, through July 27, 2012.
