The Proctor District Association presents the Sixth Annual Summer Arts Fest from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Aug. 3, in the area of North 26th and Proctor streets.
Activities include the Proctor Merchants Sidewalk Sale, a juried art show, arts and crafts vendors, food specials, the Proctor Farmers Market and the Hot Rod Custom Car Show.
The Jerry Miller Band will perform on the Music Stage at noon.
Kids can listen in on the Fireside Story League at 9:30 a.m., 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., see Tia the Clown at 11 a.m. and watch Shakespeare in the Parking Lot at noon.
