Members of the City Council are scheduled to review the applicants who responded to a Request for Qualifications for staging the annual Fourth of July celebration on the Ruston Way waterfront during the Nov. 1 study session. The Council is also scheduled to review the Citys emergency management plans and discuss emergency preparedness procedures for government officials. The public may attend the noon study session in Room 16, Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., but the Council will not take public comment.
