Safe Streets, in conjunction with the City of Tacoma’s Safe and Clean Team and the Tacoma Police Department, will host a Community Fair in the South Tacoma area on Sat., July 7 at Tacoma Firs Golf Range, 4504 S. Tyler St., from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Community Fair will feature something for all ages. Not only are there 20 vendors with information about safety, but also activities for children and adults. The children’s activities include relay races, table games with prizes for every child and a raffle just for kids. There is also a raffle for the adults with lots of great prizes to give away. Refreshments — hot dogs, soda and bag of chips — will be sold for $5, including a free mini golf game for the kids with purchase.
