Tacoma Police Department active and retired officers teamed up for the annual Shop with a Tacoma Cop event Dec. 10 at the Tacoma Target store at South 23rd Street and Union Avenue. During the event’s 16th year, more than 60 children joined with uniformed officers to shop for holiday presents for their families. Shop with a Tacoma Cop is a cooperative effort between the Tacoma Police Department, Target and the Tacoma Police Union No. 6.
