“A growing list of clients in the Midwest has prompted Frank Russell Company to open a client services office in the Chicago suburb of Barrington, Illinois.The new Frank Russell Trust Company office, including two client executives and an office manager, serves institutional investment clients in the region.With as many as 75 clients within an hours flight of Chicago, weve been looking forward to this opportunity for a long time, said Michael Harris, director of the companys client executive group. Many of our Midwest clients now have access to a key service contact in their own time zone.Initially, Russells Chicago-based group will provide sales and client service to institutional investors in the region. Other services such as trusteeship, employee communication and participant record keeping will be provided through Russells Tacoma headquarters, though they may be added to the Chicago operation in the future.The Chicago area office serves clients in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin. Midwest clients include companies such as Akzo Nobel, Inc., Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc., Elgin National Industries, Inc., Eridania Berghin-Say America, and Square D Company.Frank Russell Trust Company services institutional clients from offices located in Tacoma, Chicago, New York and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.”
