    Revenue outlook down for biennium

    The Washington State Economic Forecast Council has issued its quarterly revenue forecast, taking into account the events of Sept. 11. The revenue outlook for the 2001-2002 biennium has been revised downward to nearly $21.21 billion, a reduction of $813.1 million.
