A resolution on the May 22 agenda would authorize a grant agreement for $1,250,000 with the Washington State Department of Transportation to support construction costs for the first phase of site 11 of the Foss Harbor Esplanade. The funds would be deposited into the Thea Foss Waterway Capital Projects Fund for the construction of a 350-foot-long esplanade, landscaping, lighting and railing along the northern side of the city-owned property.
