Resolution would establish agreement to restore Spanish Steps

Members of the City Council are scheduled to consider a resolution May 22 that, if approved, would authorize an agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation for $944,000 – to be deposited into the Streets Special Revenue Fund – for the rehabilitation of the Spanish Steps, connecting Commerce Street to Broadway on South 7th Street.
